There are
4 double rooms, all
with en-suite facilities, arranged around a central
courtyard.
Take coffee and meals under the colonnades of the courtyard,
decorated with traditional tadelakt plaster-work and with ceilings of
coloured reeds. Guest facilities include sitting room with
open fireplace, formal Moroccan salon, dining room and the use
of the 2 acre grounds where we grow our own fruit and
vegetables.
We respect the environment in which we live and work and try to have a minimal impact upon it. Much of our energy requirements are powered by the sun : solar lighting and water heating. Produce is bought locally from small scale producers (if we can't grow our own), when a supermarket is necessary we buy Moroccan goods avoiding imported products, and the fish-man passes by on a moped! Our waste water goes back into the ground and other waste composted whenever possible. Our generator must be seen - a recycled diesel engine from a lorry converted to run on bottled gas!
